Assabaska Test Ojibway Heritage Park offers a number of interpretive programs on a weekly basis throughout the summer season.  Arrangements can be made to deliver programs for private groups in the spring or fall, prior to peak season.

Our programming reflects the cultural history of the Ojibway people, and their interaction with the natural environment.

We incorporate traditional songs, stories, crafts, food, clothing, and customs into our interactive programs:

  • Demonstration Pow Wows
  • Bannock Bakes

  • Rock Painting
  • Guided Hikes
  • Traditional Games

  • Tours of the Traditional Village
  • Native Craft Workshops
